摘要
根据Lyocell竹纤维与棉混纺色织衬衫织物的特点,结合纤维初始模量及织物组织结构等性能,对产品开发中织物容易产生折皱的问题进行了研究。提出了应用超低甲醛KNITTEX 7636树脂整理剂对Lyocell竹纤维织物进行防缩防皱的功能整理,为Lyocell竹纤维及其混纺衬衫织物的开发提供了理论依据。Lyocell竹纤维/棉混纺色织衬衫织物可部分替代市场上以全棉为主的高档衬衫产品,具有广泛的应用前景。
Based on the performance of Lyocell bamboo pulp fiber and cotton blended yarn-dyed shirt fabric,the common concern of crease during product development was explored,and incorporating features such as the initial modulus of the fiber and the fabric structure.A crease and shrink resistance finishing process was proposed which utilized the ultra-low-formaldehyde KNITTEX 7636 resin finishing solution,thus providing theoretical basis for the development of Lyocell bamboo fiber and its blended fabric. The Lyocell bamboo pulp fiber /cotton blended yarn-dyed shirt fabric could partially replace the whole cotton high grade shirt products in the market,and has a wide prospect.
