摘要
阐述了70/10/10/10羊绒/拉细羊毛/大豆蛋白纤维/Parster多组分混纺羊绒衫的研发过程。将4种组分原料进行混纺,单纱为Z捻,股纱为S捻。在横机上编织衣片,套口缝合,然后进行缩绒、抗起球整理,得到具有抗静电、抗起毛起球性,且手感好的羊绒衫。
The development process of multi-component blended cashmere( the blend ratio of cashmere / attenuated wool / soybean protein fiber / paster fiber is 70 /10 /10 /10) sweater was demonstrated. Four components were blended: the single cashmere blended yarn was Z twist,and the plied yarn was S twist. The cashmere sweater was obtained after the process of knitting and sewing and finishing of fulling and anti-pilling. The multi-component blended cashmere sweater has the property of anti-pilling and antistatic and pleasant handle.
