摘要 主要对比研究了麻赛尔、天丝、普通粘胶、圣麻等纤维的基本结构、电学性质和热学性质。结果表明,麻赛尔纤维截面为不规则的"双峰"形,有缝隙,外缘圆滑无扭转,纵向有深浅不一的沟槽;麻赛尔纤维的导电性好于天丝A100纤维,比圣麻和普通粘胶略差;纤维热学性能表明,麻赛尔纤维在加工温度高于220℃时,各项性能指标将出现变化,在生产中应特别注意温度的控制。麻赛尔纤维和圣麻的最大质量损失温度范围、质量损失初始温度和最大质量损失速率温度几乎相同,因此麻赛尔纤维和圣麻的热稳定性是相同的。麻赛尔纤维的热裂解产物氧化的放热量低于圣麻,说明圣麻结构比麻赛尔纤维疏松。 The properties of Jutecell fiber,tencell,viscose and sheng-bast fiber was compared. The results show that the cross section of Jutecell fiber is irregular'Doublet'shaped,and it has crack,edge smooth without reverse,and there are shades longitudinal grooves; the conductivity of the Jutecell fiber is better than tencell A100,worse than the sheng-bast and ordinary viscose fiber slightly. Fiber thermal properties showed that the various performance indicators of the Jutecell fiber will change at processing temperature higher than 220℃,the temperature control in the production should be noticed. The maximum weightlessness temperature range, weight loss of the initial temperature and the temperature of maximum weight loss rate are almost the same,so the thermal stability of Jutecell fiber and sheng-bast are the same. The heat release of pyrolysates oxidation of Jutecell fiber is lower than the sheng-bast fiber,it illustrates that the structure of sheng-bast fiber is looser than Jutecell fiber.
