摘要
利用超支化聚酰胺胺与醋酸锌在水相中合成氧化锌纳米粒子,并在不同条件下对棉织物进行抗紫外线整理,通过正交试验得到最佳整理工艺。探讨了纳米氧化锌的生成机理,测试了整理后棉织物的紫外防护系数、UVA、UVB的透过率,并对整理前后棉织物的表面形貌及其强力、白度和毛细效应进行了测试和表征。实验结果表明,经纳米氧化锌整理后的棉织物具有优良的紫外防护性能,可达到国家标准中抗紫外线纺织品的要求。
ZnO nanoparticles were synthesized in aqueous solution with zinc acetate and HPAMAM by one step. An orthogonal test was designed to finish cotton fabric to obtain anti-ultraviolet property. The synthesis mechanism of ZnO was discussed and ultraviolet protection factor,UVA transmittance,UVB transmittance of cotton fabrics treated were tested. Several performances of cotton fabrics,such as the surface character,tensile strength,the whiteness and capillary effect were tested and analyzed. The experiment result indicated that the cotton fabrics treated by ZnO- HPAMAM solution showed excellent anti-ultraviolet property and could meet the requirement of anti-ultraviolet textiles.
