摘要
讨论了现有浆纱伸长率测试方法"测长比较法"和"线速度比较法"的局限性,提出并实践了伸长率间接测试的新方法。经纱上浆后由于伸长的原因,线密度减少,采取定长截取后称量,比较一定长度的经纱上浆后的质量变化,并考虑上浆率对纱线线密度的影响,建立相关计算公式,设计并制作定长装置,间接测出浆纱伸长率,克服了现有方法的不足,可以作为现有浆纱伸长率测试方法的有益完善和补充。
The limitation of the direct test methods for sizing elongation,known as'length comparison'and'linear speed comparison'was discussed,the new indirect method was put forward and practiced. After the warp sizing,linear density reduced because of elongation.The measurement of the weight of warp and sized warp in same length was adopted,the quality change of warp sizing was compared,and the sizing regain was a key factor to be considered. The relevant formula was established,the device of fixed length was designed to measure the sizing elongation,overcoming the shortcomings,as the complement and improvement for present detecting method.
