摘要
利用折标准品的方法计算出棉及混纺纱单位标准品能耗,并对能耗进行了分析。结果表明:耗电量中基本生产耗电、除尘耗电、空调耗电占比较大;纱线越细,棉纱单位产品耗能越大;增加空间内的设备数量可以减少空调和照明耗电单耗,使用节能灯也可以降低照明耗电;生产不同品种纱线,前纺、细纱工序耗电量均高于络筒工序。
Unit power consumption of cotton and blended yarn per was calculated by converting to standard product. Energy consumption of cotton and blended yarn was analyzed,the results showed that: power consumption of basic production,dust,air-conditioning were accounted for a relatively large share,the finer the yarn,the greater unit product energy consumption of cotton yarn,increasing the device number within the space can reduce electricity consumption of air-conditioning and lighting,using energy-saving lamps can also reduce lighting power consumption,electricity consumption of former spinning and spinning was greater than winding for different yarn.
