摘要
工业机器人的防护是工业机器人应用的重要组成部分。在研发自动焊枪工业机器人芳砜纶防护面料的基础上,探讨了铝胶涂层面料的基本性能,研究了铝胶涂层关键工艺对面料阻燃性能的影响。研究结果表明:经过铝胶涂层的芳砜纶面料,其耐磨性增加,但力学性能降低,特别是撕破强力大幅下降。
Protection for industrial robot becomes an important part in robot application. Based on the development of PSA protectivefabric, the basic properties of aluminium coating PSA fabric for automatic welding robot is explored, and the influence of coating process onflame retardancy of the fabric is discussed. The results show that the aluminium coating PSA fabric features improved abrasive resistance butreduced mechanical property especially significantly declined tearing resistance.
