摘要
机采棉的轧花机械对加工所得的棉纤维性能有重要的影响。通过对新疆南北疆地区大部分机采棉轧花加工厂的调研发现,新疆目前普遍采用两种典型轧花机,即19.4 mm大片距轧花机及17 mm小片距轧花机。本文就两种典型轧花机所加工棉纤维的长度、强度及色杂指标进行了比较分析,结果表明:大片距轧花机加工所得纤维性能较优。
The ginning machine for machine pick up cotton has a major impact on the fiber properties. The surveys on ginning machinethroughout Xinjiang Province show that two kinds of typical gins with 19.4mm and 17 mm are widely used. Cotton fibers produced with thosetwo gins are tested and compared from fiber length, tensile strength and impurity indexes. The results show that the cotton fibers producedwith the ginning machine of large distance of 19.4mm features better properties.
