摘要
以面纱、底纱作为考察袜品吸湿排汗性能的两个影响因素,设计6种面纱和底纱的组合编织试样,选择透湿量、吸水率、扩散面积和芯吸高度作为试样吸湿排汗性能的测试指标,并建立模糊因素集对测试结果进行综合评价,旨在寻求性能最优的方案,同时开发针对不同穿着对象和用途,不同档次的系列吸湿排汗功能袜。试验结论为,6种织袜方案中吸湿排汗性能最佳的是面纱18 tex 50/50 coolmax/棉混纺纱和底纱用2股80 dtex/108f丙纶+4.4 tex裸氨的组合。
Taking face yarn and ground yarn are taken as two important factors, moisture absorption and sweat releasing performance ofsocks with various combinations of face and ground yarns are studied by testing the water vapor permeability( WVP), water absorption,diffusion area and wicking height, and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is carried out in order to seek the optimum parameters. At the sametime, different grades of series moisture absorption and sweat releasing socks are designed for different wearing objects and purposes. Theresults show that the combination of 18 tex 50/ 50 coolmax/ cotton blended yarn as face yarn and two twists of 80dtex/ 108 f PP fiber plus 4.4texspandex as ground yarn features better moisture absorption and sweat releasing performance in the six socks program.
