Optimization analysis on compressed air pipe network in textile mill

摘要 以西安某纺织厂压缩空气系统管网最不利环路干管为例,采用理论计算与试验测试相结合的研究方法,讨论了压缩空气管网优化的必要性、节能性与经济性。采用AFT Arrow算法与传统阻力算法对优化前后管内压降进行研究分析,得出了以下结论:AFT Arrow算法较传统阻力算法计算结果更准确;经过优化改造后的管网每年可省电130.9万度,降低企业运行成本104.72万元;该项改造总投资约为161.1万元,投资回报期为1.54 a,管网在使用期内企业收回投资后可减少直接运行成本1409.5万元,节能效果非常显著。 Taking the most unfavorable general circulating pipe of compressed air system in some Xi'an textile mill as an example, theresearch methods of theoretical analysis combined with experimental measurement are used to discuss the necessity, energy saving andeconomy of optimization of compressed air system. AFT Arrow and conventional resistance calculation methods are used to analyze thepressure loss in compressed air pipe. The conclusions are drawn that the results from AFT Arrow are more precise than those from theconventional calculation. After optimization and reconstruction of compressed air system, the textile mill can save 1 390 000kW/h of powerand 1 047 200 Yuan of running cost per year. The total investment is about 1 611 000 Yuan and the payback period of optimization ofcompressed air pipe is 1.54 years. The renovation could save the running cost of 14 095 000 Yuan in lifetime of compressed air pipe networkafter recouping investment, which features remarkable energy-saving.
