液喷纺丝工艺中交变气流对纤维直径的影响

Effect of oscillating jets on fiber diameter in solution blowing

摘要 在液喷非织造纺丝技术中,将连续气流改成两股交变气流,其他条件不变,进行非织造纺丝试验,研究交变射流频率对最终纤维直径的影响。通过试验得出,在交变气流频率低于50 Hz的情况下,随着交变气流频率逐渐增大,纤维直径先逐渐减小,在27 Hz时达到最小值,然后逐渐增大。当交变气流频率高于50 Hz时,对最终纤维直径基本没有影响。 In solution blowing process, the continuous air jets are replaced by oscillating jets, and nonwoven spinning experiment iscarried out keeping other experimental conditions the same. The influence of the frequency of oscillating jets on the fiber diameter is studied.The results show that when the oscillating frequency is below 50 Hz, with the increase in frequency, the fiber diameter decreases at firstreaching a minimum at the frequency of 27 Hz, and then increases gradually. When the frequency is above 50 Hz, it has almost no effect onthe fiber diameter.
