摘要
采用平纹、斜纹、缎纹和重平组织,利用阻燃涤纶与涤纶低弹丝以不同的比例交织,并进行阻燃性能测试。通过对比不同织物组织的单层、双层、三层织物的透气性、耐磨性及舒适性,并结合阻燃效果及成本等因素,确定了汽车座套面料的最优设计方案。最优方案为:涤纶/阻燃涤纶50/50,双层平纹织物。
Flame retardant polyester and low elastic polyester filament are interweaved with different proportion and with different weavepattern of tabby, twill, satin weave and heavy flat respectively, and the flame retardancy of the products are tested. The optimum design ofthe automobile seat cover fabric is determined by comparing the air permeability, abrasion resistance and comfort of the above fabrics withsingle, double and three layers and combined with their flame retardancy and cost. The optimum design is double plain fabric of 50/50polyester/flame retardant polyester.
