摘要
利用空心锭包缠纺技术,用锦纶长丝作为外包缠纱,对苎麻芯纱的毛羽进行束缚,减少纱线毛羽,进而改善织物的刺痒感。探讨了包缠捻度对苎麻包缠纱性能的影响,尤其是对毛羽的影响。发现纱线的毛羽指数随着包缠捻度的增大先急剧减小,后逐渐趋于平缓。捻度较小时,双包对毛羽的改善效果优于单包;捻度较大时,两者趋于一致。另外,包缠有利于改善纱线的条干,但纱线强度有所降低,并且强度随捻度增加而减小。因此,考虑到纺纱效率、原料成本及纱线的综合性能,日常生产时,在满足苎麻纱毛羽控制的前提下,应选择单包包缠,捻度控制在452捻/m左右。
Ramie wrapped yarn is prepared with hollow spindle wrap spinning technology using polyamide filament yarn as the wrapperto bound the hairiness of the ramie core yarn so as to improve the prickle property. The influence of the twist on the performance of ramiewrapped yarn s discussed, especially on the yarn hairiness. With the increase of the wrapped twist, yarn hairiness decreases sharply and thenlevels off gradually. For lower twists, hairness improvement is much better with double wrapping than with single wrapping. While for highertwists, hairness improvement with both methods is tent to be the same. In addition, warping helps to improve the evenness of the yarn butdecrease the strength. And the more twists are, the lower strength is. Therefore, considering the efficiency, the cost and the overall yarnperformance, single wrapping should be used and the twist should be controlled around 452/m in practical production.
