摘要
以棉织物为基布,先后对其进行化学镀铜和电镀锡,使其成为铜锡包覆金属化织物。运用扫描电子显微镜观察电镀前后棉织物的表面形态,并对其表面元素做图谱分析。研究了电镀前后棉织物的性能变化情况,结果表明,电镀后的棉织物悬垂性得到提高,断裂强力减小,断裂伸长和断裂伸长率增大,厚度增加,抗起毛起球性降低,透气性及保温性能下降。
Electroless copper plating and tin plating are carried out on cotton fabric successively to make a Cu-Sn coated metallic fabric.Surface morphology of the cotton fabric before and after plating is analyzed with scanning electron microscope, and the surface elementalanalysis is also made. The property change of the treated cotton fabric is studied, and the results are the drapability improves, the tensilestrength decreases, the elongation and breaking elongation increases, the thickness improves, the pilling decreases, the permeability andthermal insulation performance decreases.
