摘要
为了深入研究海藻酸钙纤维在伤口敷料上的应用,对海藻酸钙纤维的结构、性能及其在伤口敷料上的应用情况进行了综述。指出海藻酸钙纤维具有高吸湿性,在生理盐水中能吸收自身质量15~17倍的液体;海藻酸钙纤维具有较好的胶凝特性,在人体模拟液中能产生自身质量7.9倍的凝胶。此外海藻酸钙纤维还具有抗菌性和可生物降解性等性能。海藻酸钙纤维的这些性能符合伤口的湿润治疗理论,在伤口敷料上有着广泛应用。相比纯海藻酸钙纤维伤口敷料,海藻酸钙纤维复合伤口敷料具有更好的功能性和实用性。但是,目前海藻酸钙纤维还存在一些缺陷,需要进行进一步的研究改进。
To investigate the application of calcium alginate fiber in wound dressing, the structure and property of calcium alginate fiberand its application in wound dressing are reviewed. It is pointed out that calcium alginate fibers have high moisture absorption and can absorb15~17 times liquid of its own weight in physiological saline. Calcium alginate fibers have a good gelling property which can produce 7.9 timesgel of its own weight in the simulated body fluid. Besides, calcium alginate fibers also have good antibacterial and biodegradability properties.These properties of calcium alginate fiber can meet the wound moist therapy theory, so it has broad applications in the wound dressing. Theapplication of calcium alginate fibers in wound dressing is also reviewed. Compared with pure calcium alginate fiber wound dressing, calciumalginate fiber composite wound dressing has better functionality and usability. However, at present there are still some defects in calciumalginate fibers needing further research.
