形成针织面料阴影的纱线原因及其改进研究

布面阴影是针织物中比较常见也是比较严重的质量问题,影响成品美观。但是在生产中,这一质量问题却没有得到彻底解决。通常情况下,纱线各项指标都达标,但在织成成品之后,依然会出现阴影。目前通过直观定性分析、仪器定量分析以及管理因素分析,认为该问题主要是由于成纱的长、短细节过多以及质量不匀率过高所引起,因此需进行改进。通过对针织布面阴影的纱线原因进行研究,探讨其改进措施,提出改进建议,从而为针织品企业生产提供一定指导。

The fabric shadow, a relatively common and serious problem in knitwear, affects the appearance of the product and has notbeen completely solved. In most cases, even using a standardized yarn, but there is still a shadow in the finished product. Through qualitativeanalysis, instrument quantitative analysis and intuitive management factor analysis, it is considered that too much longer thin places andshorter thin places and high quality irregularity of the yarn may be the main causes. The improvement measures are put forward to provideknitting enterprises with certain guidance.
