Properties of soybean protein/PTT fiber blended yarn

摘要 大豆蛋白纤维与PTT纤维在性能上各有优缺点,采用环锭纺和赛络纺两种纺纱方法,将大豆纤维、PTT纤维进行混纺,可以利用两种纤维各自的特点,达到优势互补的效果。对大豆蛋白/PTT纤维混纺纱线的毛羽、强伸度和条干等指标进行了对比分析。结果表明:随着PTT纤维含量的增加,纱线强度有所降低,毛羽显著改善,条干均匀度有所下降;赛络纺纱线在强力和毛羽上均优于环锭纺纱线。 Soybean protein fiber and PTT fiber have their own advantages and disadvantages. Based on this, blended spinning ofsoybean protein fiber and PTT fiber are carried out with ring spinning and Sirospun respectively to have complementary advantages. The yarnproperties of tensile strength, hairiness, evenness etc of the blended yarn are comparatively analyzed. The results show that with theincreasing of PTT content, the blended yarn features improved tensile strength and hairiness but a little poorer stem evenness. The yarn withSirospun has better properties on tensile strength and evenness than those with ring spinning.
