摘要
选用石榴皮提取物为抗菌剂、硫酸铝钾为交联剂配制抗菌整理液,对棉织物进行抗菌整理。研究了石榴皮提取物的质量浓度、硫酸铝钾质量浓度、整理液pH和浸轧温度对棉织物抗菌性的影响。通过对棉织物抑菌圈的测定,得出当石榴皮质量浓度为10 g/L,硫酸铝钾质量浓度为8 g/L,pH为7,浸轧温度为50℃时抗菌整理效果较好。此时织物的增重率为4.43%,经向断裂强力提高了0.6%,纬向断裂强力提高了0.9%,经纬向断裂伸长率几乎不变,透气量降低了1.8%,透湿量降低了1%。织物经30次水洗后仍有抑菌性,耐水洗性较好。
Antibacterial finish of cotton fabric is carried out with pericarpium granati extracts as an antibacterial agrnt and aluminumpotassium sulfate as a crosslinking agent. The influences of concentration of pericarpium granati extracts and aluminum potassium sulfate, thepH value of finishing bath, dipping temperature on antibacterial effect are researched. By determining the zone of inhibition, cotton fabric canobtain the optimum antibacterial effect under conditions of pericarpium granati extracts 10g/ L, aluminum potassium sulfate 8g/ L and treatingat 50℃ with pH value of 7. The treated cotton fabric features weight gain of 4.43%, breaking strength increased by 0.6% in warp and 0.9%in weft, unchanged elongation, air permeability decreased by 1.8% and water vapor permeability decreased by 1%, and it has good durabilitywith good antibacterial activity after 30 times launderings.
