摘要
通过改变活性染料活性艳红X-3B染色温度、NaCl质量浓度、Na2CO3质量浓度,研究上染率随时间的变化趋势,得到适宜牛角瓜纤维活性染料的染色方案:活性艳红X-3B质量浓度2%,温度为50℃,NaCl质量浓度40 g/L,Na2CO3质量浓度5 g/L,上染率可以达到63.75%。并以K/S值及上染率为指标对比了Na2CO3处理前后,牛角瓜纤维染色性能的变化。
The effect of temperature, NaCl dosage and alkali dosage of Reactive Brilliant Red X-3B dye on the dyeing effect of akund fiber is studied. The optimum dyeing conditions are as follows:dye concentration of 2%(owf), temperature of 50℃, NaCl concentration of 40 g/L, alkali oncentration of 5 g/L, the dye uptake can reach about 63.75%. The dyeing behaviors of K/S value and dye uptake of the dyeings before and after sodium carbonate treatment are compared.
