摘要
研究了腈纶和粘胶纤维的性能,采用转杯纺和环锭纺开发21.1 tex(28s)腈纶/粘胶纤维70/30混纺纱。分析对比两种纱线的性能指标,测试结果表明:转杯纺纱线的强度稍低于环锭纺,而条干和毛羽方面优于环锭纺纱线。
Properties of acrylic fiber and viscose fiber are studied, and two kinds of spinning methods for rotor spinning and ring spinning are adopted to produce 21.1 tex(28 s) acrylic/viscose fiber 70/30 blended yarn. The performance indexes of two kinds of yarns are analyzed and compared, and the testing results show that the strength of the rotor spun yarn is slightly lower than that of ring spinning and rotor spun yarn is better than ring spinning yarn in terms of yarn evenness and hairiness.
