摘要
海藻纤维具有吸湿透气、抗菌除臭等特性。为了扩大其应用范围,对海藻纤维与棉、涤纶进行三组分纺纱试验,研究了混纺比对其拉伸性能、毛羽和条干均匀度的影响。结果表明,随着海藻纤维含量的提高,纱线强伸性下降,毛羽指数上升;纱线条干均匀度与混纺纤维整齐度有关,整齐度越高,条干越均匀。其中海藻纤维/棉/涤纶混纺比为20/65/15时纱线物理性能较好,适合实际应用。
Alginate fiber has characteristics of hygroscopicity, permeability, antibacterial property, deodorization, etc. In order to improve the practicality of alginate fiber, the properties of the tensile property, the hairiness and the evenness of blended yarn which composed with alginate fiber, cotton, and polyester are studied. The results show that with the increase of the content of alginate fibers, the strength reduces and the hairiness index of the yarn increases. The evenness of the yarn is related to the uniformity of the blended fibers. The better uniform the fiber is, the better evenness of the yarn is. The physical properties of the yarn are better when the blended ratio of alginate fiber/cotton fiber/polyester is 20/65/15, which is the most suitable yarn for practical application.
