对多饰纱家纺包覆绳包覆技术进行了探讨,认为可利用包覆圆盘的方式实现对芯纱的包覆,给出了包覆圆盘的包覆转速及包覆绳引离速度的参考范围,结合恰当的工艺方式,可实现花式家纺包覆绳的包覆加工。

The technology of multi-decorative yarn for home textiles wrapped rope is discussed. It is considered that the core yarn could be coated by the way of wrapping the disk. The reference range of the wrapping speed of the wrapping disk and the departure speed of the wrapping rope are given. Combined with the proper technology, the wrap processing of home textiles wrapped rope for color can be realized.
