氟烷基改性氨基硅油的合成及汉麻的整理工艺 被引量:3

Synthesis and application in hemp fabric of fluoroalkyl modified amino silicone oil

摘要 在加热的反应条件下,使甲基丙烯酸十二氟庚酯和氨基硅油侧链的伯氨基发生加成反应。对合成的氟烷基改性氨基硅油进行乳化,并应用于对汉麻织物的整理中。通过测定汉麻织物的断裂强力、弹性回复角、润湿接触角和白度,分析得出较佳的整理工艺为:焙烘时间3 min,整理液质量浓度50 g/L,焙烘温度160℃。利用扫描电镜对整理后的汉麻织物进行表征,结果显示,氟烷基改性氨基硅油整理后的汉麻织物具有较好的柔软性和拒水性。 Under the heated reaction conditions, the primary amino group of the side chain of the amino silicone oil side chain is subjected to an addition reaction. Finishing applications of fluoroalkyl-modified amino silicone oil are adopted to treat hemp fabric. By measuring breaking strength, elastic recovery angle, stiffness, wetting contact angle and whiteness, the optimum finishing process is obtained as: curing at 160℃ for 3 min with finishing solution of 50 g/L. Hemp fabrics are characterized by the scanning electron microscopy(SEM),and the results show that the hemp fabric after finishing with fluoroalkyl modified amino silicone oil has good softness and water repellency.
