便携式自动黏度计的开发

Development of automatic portable size viscometer

摘要 在现有便携式浆液黏度计的基础上,开发了一款自动黏度计,其采用按钮带动吊绳克服弹簧阻力拉起塞杆使浆液流出,同时利用按钮上的凸块触发微动开关启动计时,能够实现浆液黏度的自动测量。黏度计电路采用PIC16F688型单片机作为主控件,还设有热电偶温度传感器及MAX6674型数字转换器,能同时测量出浆液温度。该黏度计结构简单,性能稳定,符合操作习惯,能同时测量黏度和温度,在现场测量中具有较大的应用价值。 Based on the existing portable size viscometer, an automatic viscometer is designed, by using the button to drive the sling to overcome the spring resistance pulling up the plug rod to let the size flow out, and using the bump on the button to trigger the micro switch to start timing. The viscometer circuit uses the PIC16 F688-type microcontroller as main controller, and also has a thermocouple temperature sensor and a digital MAX6674-type converter, which could simultaneously measure the size temperature. The viscometer is simple in operation and appropriate to the workers’ habit, and can measure viscose and temperature at the same time, having greater application value in field measurement.
