经编全成型手套的结构设计及工艺实现

手套是日常服饰配件的重要组成部分,传统手套功能以保暖为主,而装饰性手套产品的开发较少。在分析手套分类、流行趋势和手指结构的基础上,进行经编全成型手套产品的开发,从经编无缝手套的手指尺寸分布、款式结构设计、工艺参数设置和后整理工艺4个方面对经编无缝手套的设计和实现方法进行阐述,为快速开发经编全成型手套提供参考。

Gloves are one of the most important parts of daily clothing accessories.The traditional gloves are mainly focus on thermalinsulation,but the development of its decorative is much less.On the basis of the analysis of glove classification,popular trend and fingerstructure,the new product of warp knitting glove is developed.The design and implementation of seamless gloves for warp knitting areelaborated from four aspects:finger size distribution,structure design,process parameter setting and finishing process of seamless warpknitted gloves.An effective way to develop warp knitted fully formed gloves is established.
