摘要
概述了纳米氧化锌的基本特性及用途,介绍了纳米氧化锌的制备工艺,主要包括气相沉积法、沉淀法、溶胶-凝胶法、固相法的工艺原理、研究现状及优缺点,并指出多种工艺结合使用可制得性能更优异的纳米氧化锌。
The basic characteristics,application status and preparation methods of nano-zinc oxide are briefly described.The principle,research status,advantages and disadvantages and development trend of the these preparation methods,such as gas phase deposition,precipitation,sol-gel and solid phase methods,are introduced.It is pointed out that several of these methods are used in combination,the nano-zinc oxide prepared has better properties.
