摘要
研究了采用硫酸/氢氟酸从铌钛铀矿石中协同浸出铀、铌,考察了硫酸用量、氢氟酸用量、浸出温度、浸出时间、液固体积质量比对铀、铌浸出率的影响。试验结果表明:在硫酸用量150 g/kg、氢氟酸用量100 g/kg、液固体积质量比1.2 mL/g、浸出温度90℃、浸出时间2 h优化条件下,铀、铌浸出率分别为97%、85%,实现了铀、铌的同步高效浸出。
Synergic leaching of U and Nb in betafite using sulphuric acid and hydrofluoric acid was studied.The effects of amount of sulphuric acid and hydrofluoric acid,leaching temperature,leaching time,liquid-to-solid ratio on leaching of uranium and niobium were investigated.The results show that under the optimal conditions of sulphuric acid amount of 150g/kg,hydrofluoric acid amount of 100g/kg,liquid-to-solid ratio of 1.2mL/g,temperature of 90℃,leaching time of 2h,the leaching rates of U and Nb are 97%and 85%,respectively.The synergic leaching of uranium and niobium has been realized.
