破伤风8例治疗体会

Experience of treatmeat of 8 cases with tanus

目的 :总结破伤风的治疗经验。方法 :分析连续 8例破伤风临床资料。结果 :治愈 7例 ,1例死于呼吸停止 ,6例行气管切开。结论 :破伤风有较高的病死率 ,应加强预防 ,采用综合治疗 。

Objective:To summarize experience of treatment of tanus.Methods:8 patients with tanus were analyzd.Results:7 cases were cured.1 case died from breathless.Tracheotomy was performed in 6 cases.Conclusion:Tanus has a high mortality.Prevention is a effective method.Comprehensive treatment is recommended.Tracheotomy was performed early is important.
