摘要
磨损从机理上可分为变形磨损和切削磨损。从实质上分析,磨损主要取决于烟气流速、飞灰浓度、飞灰的撞击可能系数、灰粒磨损特性、烟气的浓度和流速的分布以及内衬材料的耐磨系数等因素。根据CFB各部位的工况特点和结构形式,研制了8种非金属材料,在工程中的使用效果较好,质量稳定,保证了CFB的正常运行。耐磨材料及结构模拟实验表明:炉衬材料的磨损量随冲刷角度的增加而增加;材料需经充分烘烤后可获得较好的耐磨性能。施工工艺实验表明:不定形耐火材料的最终质量很大程度上取决于现场施工。
Abrasion mechanism for anti abrasion and heat insulating materials for CFB is presented in this paper.Eight kinds of nonmetallic anti abrasion and heat insulating materials are developed according to various working conditions of CFB.The adoption of these materials in concrete projects shows that they have good anti abrasion and heat insulating performances and stable quality,thus ensuring the normal operation of CFB.Technology for anti abrasion and heat insulating materials is also discussed in this paper.
