摘要
以 Span 60为乳化剂、环已烷为连续相、K2 S2 O8-Na HSO3为引发剂 ,用正交实验研究了丙烯酰胺反相微乳液聚合 ,得出正交实验中各因素的主次关系 ,研究结果表明 :反应时间、氧化剂和还原剂的质量是影响产物分子量的重要因素 .在最佳聚合条件 ,即反应温度为 3 5℃ ,氧化剂与还原剂的质量比为 1∶ 1 .5 ,单体质量为 2 3 g,反应时间为 3 h,合成了分子量达 1 3 0 0万速溶的聚丙烯酰胺 .并用 FT
The inverse microemulsion polymerization of acrylamide by means of orthogonal expeimental design was studied,using span-60 as e mulsifier,cyclohexane as successive phase and K 2S 2O 8-NaHSO 3 as initiator , and the main relation of the factors of orthogonal experiment had been got.The result show that the reaction time and initiator mass had great influence on th e molecular weight of the target polyacrylamide.Under the optimum conditions of quality monomer 23 g, reaction time 3 h, reaction temperature 35℃,initiator rat io 1∶1.5, high Molecular weight of 1.3×10 7 of fact-solving PAM was sy nthesized and the FT-IR spectrum of PAM was used to characterize.
