摘要
企业技术创新能力评价指标体系 ,具有指标量大 ,同时又具有模糊性的特点 ,采用一级或二级综合评判模型都将难以胜任 ,宜采用三级模糊评价 .本文结合某企业技术创新评价工作 。
Enterprise's technological innovation ability index system has characters of gr eat quantity and fuzzy index. It is best method that uses three grades fuzzy eva luation rather than one or two grades. Three grades fuzzy evaluation of enterpri se's technological innovation ability was dissertated by combining the enterpri se.
