摘要
目的 研究健康人群快速进入高原地区后QT离散度变化的趋势。方法 分析 40例健康男性在海拔 5 0 0米、2 70 0米、3 70 0米、480 0米高度心电图检查结果 ,测量其QT离散度。结果 40例男性在海拔 3 70 0米与 5 0 0米高度时 ,QT离散度差别有显著差异 (P <0 .0 5 )。海拔 3 70 0米、480 0米与海拔 5 0 0米高度时 ,QTd、QTcd差别有显著差异 (P <0 .0 1) ,且QT离散度有随着海拔高度的增加而增大的趋势。结论 健康人群快速进入高原地区QT离散度增大 ,故应采取相应措施 。
Objective To study the variational trend of QT interval dispersion in healthy people after entering plaleau area rapidly.Method The electro cardiogram and QT interval dispersion were measured and analysed in forty healthy men at the different height of 500 metres,2700 metres,3700 metres and 4800 metres.Results There was a significant difference in QT interval dispersion between the height of 2700 metres and 500 metres( P <0.05).There were significant differences in QTd and QTcd among the height of 3700 metres,4800 metres and 500 metres( P <0.01).QT interval dispersion enlarged with the rise of altitude.Conclusions QT interval dispersion in healthy people increases while entering plaleau area rapidly,so corresponding measures should be adopted to prevent plaleau repercussion.
