摘要 目的 评价三维动态增强MRA在下肢血管病变中的应用价值。方法  2 2例下肢血管病变的患者 ,全部行三维动态增强MRA检查 ,并对重建后图像进行成像质量的评估 ,其中 12例行手术治疗者 ,将术前诊断与手术结果对照。结果 三维动态增强MRA能显示下肢血管的正常解剖和各种病变。血管内信号强度与周围组织的信号系统强度比均达到5∶1以上 ,术前诊断符合率为 94%。其显示闭塞血管的范围较手术中长 ,但没有统计学意义。结论 三维动态增强MRA是一种诊断下肢血管的新方法 ,具有安全、快速、无创伤性 ,能及时、准确地诊断血管病变。 Objective To evaluate the clinical value of three dimensional dynamic contrast enhanced MRA(3D DCE MRA) in vessel diseases of the lower extremities.Method Twenty two patients with lower extremities vessel diseases were studied with 3D DCE MRA,and twelve of them were proved by operation.The quality of imagings was evaluated after construction by workstation.The diagnosis before operation was compared with the results of operation.Results 3D DCE MRA could show nomal vascular anatomy and abnormal vascular.The strength of signal inside vascular was five times to that in peripheral tissue.The correct rate of preoperative diagnosis was 94%,but the range of obliterated vessel showed by 3D DCE MRA were slightly larger than that found during operation.Conclusions 3D DCE MRA is a new technique to diagnose the lower extremities vessel disease.It is proved to be a safe,fast and non invasion scan model,which can diagnose the lower extremities vessel diseases on time and accurately.
