摘要
对总浓度为 0 0 1mol/L ,摩尔比为 2∶1的十二烷基硫酸钠 /溴化十二烷基三乙铵的正负离子表面活性剂混合体系形成的囊泡的稳定性进行了研究 .发现这一体系形成的囊泡在长时间放置 (5个月 )后依然存在 .在加入较大量的无机盐 (0 15mol/LNaBr)、较大幅度pH变化 (pH =2~ 12 )、温度变化 (从 80℃到 -2 2℃ )情况下体系中的囊泡依然呈现出优异的稳定性 .在非水溶剂乙醇 (10 0 % )中这类正负离子表面活性剂仍然可以形成囊泡 .
The stability of vesicles in a 0.01 mol/L, 2:1 mixtures of anionic surfactant (sodium dodecyl sulfate) and cationic surfactant (dodecyl triethylammonium bromide) was investigated. Vesicles in this system still exist after 5 months and keep the stability after salt (0.15 mol/L NaBr) addition, variation of pH (2 similar to 12) and temperature (from 80 degreesC to -22 degreesC). The vesicle of sodium dodecyl sulfate and dodecyl triethylammonium bromide also formed in 100% ethanol solvent.
