Several subpixel displacement estimation methods, including interpolation, fitting of distribution of the correlation coefficients, and two types of gradientbased methods, are introduced in this paper. These methods are compared in detail, and evaluated according to relative errors of calculating results. Based on the comparison, a selection criterion for the future application of DSCM is given.
