摘要 本文将剪切散斑干涉与有限元优化分析相结合,对薄壁压力容器缝缺陷进行了定量检测.通过对优化计算结果和已知的缺陷参数所构成的目标函数的求解,获得了较为精确的缺陷参数识别结果. Methods of quantitative nondestructive evaluation (QNDE) are important for analyzing the reliability of materials and structures. In this paper, shearographic interferometry and finite element optimization method are used to inspect the slot defect on a thinwall pressure vessel quantitatively. The optimized parameters of the defect are in good agreement with the practical values.
