Performance test and evaluation of sulfur-resistance shifting catalyst before and after its use

采用常压微反色谱、原粒度加压评价装置和XRD等技术,对K8-11新鲜样和工业失活后样品的活性、杂质及毒物以及烧炭再生性能进行了测试和评价,得到了一点对工业催化剂的使用可能有参考价值的信息。

It's presented in this paper that by employing the test plant of atmospheric micro inversion spectrum & origin particle pressurized process and XRD technology,test and evaluation on the activity,impurities,toxicant as well as the regeneration properties of carbonburnt for those fresh samples and industrially deactivated samples of sulfurresistance shifting K811 catalyst were made,and some usable referance data are obtained to the industrial application of such catalysts.
