摘要
标准和标准化随着工业革命发展起来,随后进入现代管理和服务领域,在人类社会生活中发挥着重要作用。建立教育质量标准,是提高教育质量和促进教育公平的根本保障,已成为国际上教育改革发展的共同潮流和趋势。我国现代远程开放教育发展迅猛,对建立教育质量标准和开展标准化教育质量管理,进行了有益探索,取得了积极进展。
Standards and standardization developed with the Industrial Revolution,and then entered the field of modern management and service,playing an important role in human social life. Establishing educational quality standards is the fundamental guarantee for improving educational quality and promoting educational equity,and it has become the common trend and trend of international educational reform and development. In the process of rapid development of modern open distance education in China,the establishment of educational quality standards and the implementation of standardized educational quality management have been explored and made positive progress.
