全国教育工作会议明确了教育要坚持以人为本,遵循教育规律,面向社会需求,一切以促进学生身心健康和全面发展为根据,注重培养学生社会责任感和民族精神,注重培养学生自主学习能力、实践能力和创新能力,为促进经济社会发展和提高国家竞争力提供优质人才资源支撑。作为教师,按照国家人才培养要求,正确理解国家教育政策,加强教学过程研究,提高课堂教学的吸引力,最终提高学生学习满意度,使学生积极主动投入大学学习过程,这应成为课堂改革建设的一项内容。
