摘要
本文结合运动生理学和运动训练学,对大学生足球运动赛季后过渡期的自我训练进行了理论上的指导,提出了一些具体方法和注意事项.
According to sports physiology and sports training theories, this article analyzes the selftraining of college soccer players during transitional period after games season was analysed. Some theoretical directions, concrete methods and attentions have been put forward.
