摘要
三门核电工程采用第三代核电技术,大量采用模块化施工。即将部分厂房结构在预制场地进行钢结构拼装组合后,运往工地现场吊装就位,再对结构模块内进行混凝土浇筑,使结构形成整体。结构模块内混凝土采用自密实混凝土。结合其性质,研究自密实混凝土在核电模块化施工中的应用,解决自密实混凝土在大型结构模块中一次性整体浇筑难题。
Sanmen Nuclear Power project adopts third-generation nuclear power technology.A large number of modular constructions were introduced.The structure module consists of prefabricated steel assembles,which can be transported to the construction site for hoisting and position.Then self-consolidation concrete is poured into the module structures to form the overall structure.Based on the nature of the self-compacting concrete,the authors studies the application of self-compacting concrete in nuclear power plant modular construction.The whole casting problem of self-consolidating concrete is solved in large structure modules.
