摘要
某煤炭物流园区内网架坍塌,致使其内部混凝土支架破坏。经过现场检测,发现部分柱的垂直度偏差过大,部分梁、板断裂破坏。针对支架的破坏形态,通过建模对支架进行了复核,提出了外包钢的加固方案以提高柱的刚度和延性;同时采用碳纤维加固受损梁提高梁的承载力。通过多种形式的加固,使得支架能够满足原有的使用功能。
The concrete bracket in a coal logistics park damaged because of space truss collapsing.Through the on-site detection,excessive verticality deviation of some columns and some damaged beams and plate were found.On account of the damage form of the bracket,the bracket was checked by establishing structure model,and covering steel was proposed to improve the stiffness and ductility of the columns.Carbon fiber reinforcement was used to improve the bearing capacity of the beams.Through multiform reinforcement,the bracket can meet the original function of use.
