摘要
CFG桩复合地基在地基处理中越来越得到广泛应用。昆明国际珠宝城天然地基承载力不足,提出采用CFG桩对地基进行处理。针对该场地岩土工程条件和工程荷载特点,详细介绍了CFG桩复合地基设计过程,得出了桩长、桩径、桩间距、单桩桩体强度等参数,并估算出单桩竖向承载力特征值、复合地基承载力特征值和沉降量。施工采用长螺旋钻孔、管内泵压混合料灌注成桩工艺。经过低应变动力试验和现场复合地基荷载试验等工程检测,各项指标均满足设计要求。
Cement-flyash-gravel(CFG) pile composite foundation has been applied to treat foundation widely.Natural subgrade bearing capacity of Kunming International Jewelry City was insufficient,so CFG pile was proposed to treat the foundation.According to the characteristics of engineering geology condition and load,process of composite foundation design was introduced in detail,and some parameters,such as length of pile,diameter of pile,distance between piles,strength of singal pile body,characteristic value of singal pile vertical bearing capacity,characteristic value of composite foundation bearing capacity and subsoil deformation,were obtained.Technology for long screw bored pile pumped and injected with grout mixture was utilized in construction.All of the indexes fulfilled design demand by low strain-gauge test and site composite foundation loading test.
