广西LNG项目旋挖钻孔灌注桩桩基施工技术

Construction Technology of Drilled and Bored Pile in Guangxi LNG Project

介绍了广西LNG储罐大直径钻孔灌注桩的长短丝机械连接新工艺、地面以下部分和地面以上部分一次浇筑成桩的新工艺新技术等,阐述了施工过程控制的难点,对桩基施工提出了一些建议。通过本工程的应用效果,说明了一次浇筑成桩新技术不仅极大地缩短了工期,而且桩基浇筑质量优良、桩基强度得到了提高。

This paper introduced the new technologies applied in Guangxi LNG tank large- diameter bored piles such as threaded connection with the first and second reinforcing cage,pouring for one time.It also presents the difficulties and countermeasures in the construction of the piles.From the application results,it concludes that it not only can save construction time,but also can improve construction quality by pouring for one time.
