钢护筒围堰在软土超厚片石回填区钻孔桩施工中的应用

摘要 结合临海头门港区跨海大桥桥堤连接段桩基钢护筒围堰保护方案施工实例,对钢护筒围堰施工的工艺原理、竖向井字架的布置、钢护筒围堰埋设、钢护筒围堰片石层钻孔、内护筒埋设、钻孔及灌注水下混凝土等方面进行了详细的研究分析。分析表明钢护筒围堰桩基保护方案具有施工成本低、工期快、后期可维修、易修复;桩基可提前实施施工等优点。 Combining with the pile foundation steel liners cofferdam protection plan construction of connection section of embankment of Linhai Toumen port bridge as an example,the technology principle of steel liner cofferdam construction,the layout of vertical derrick frame,steel liner cofferdam embedment,the steel liner cofferdam flaky layers,inner liner buried the drilling and pouring underwater concrete were introduced in detail.Analysis shows that the steel liner cofferdam protection scheme with pile foundation has the characteristics of low cost,fast construction period and convenient repair and maintenance,and so on.
