摘要
结合汉江三桥预应力混凝土超宽箱梁的施工,通过原材料选择、混凝土配合比设计及性能检测,研制出了C55早强超缓凝高保坍混凝土,并成功应用于汉江三桥超宽箱梁工程。研究结果表明,采用缓凝型聚羧酸盐高效减水剂,掺入15%Ⅰ级粉煤灰配制的箱梁C55混凝土具有良好的工作性能,较高的早期强度和抗氯离子渗透性能,特别是28d收缩率为1.85×10-6,有利于提高超宽箱梁混凝土的耐久性能。
According to construction of the prestressed super box girder in the Hanjiang Third Bridge.By means of raw material selection,concrete mix proportion design and performance testing,C55 early strength super retarding slump loss resistance concrete is developed,Which is successfully applied in super box girder of the Hanjiang Third Bridge.The results show that the concrete mixture prepared from polycarboxylate super plasticizer and 15% grade I fly ash possess not only has good workability,high early strength and as well as high resistance to chloride ion penetration,especially the selfconstriction were 1.85 × 10- 6.This was good to improve the durability of box girder concrete.
