C50机制砂自密实混凝土配制及施工技术

The Preparation and Construction Technology of C50 Self-compacting Concrete with Manufactured Sand

研究了C50机制砂自密实混凝土的配合比设计技术要点及其生产、浇筑施工、养护关键措施。通过优化胶凝材料体系、机制砂和细砂复掺比例、用水量及外加剂用量,配制出了高流动性、填充及钢筋间隙通过能力良好的机制砂自密实混凝土,并成功应用于福州海峡奥林匹克体育中心工程。

The mix design technique points,production,placing construction and conservation measures of C50 self-compacting concrete with manufactured sand was studied.By optimizing the cementitious material systems,combined proportion between manufactured sand and fine sand,W /B ratio and super plasticizer dosage,C50 self-compacting concrete with manufactured sand was prepared,which had high flowability,good filling and passing ability of the bars gap.Finally it was successfully applied to the Straight Olympic Sports Center project in Fuzhou.
