摘要
超高层建筑中普遍使用高性能混凝土,其泵送阻力大,施工困难。通过理论分析并结合工程实际,提出以黏度作为表征混凝土可泵性的指标,并在此基础上开发出一种便捷高效的测量设备,满足建筑施工的需求。
The high performance concrete(HPC) is widely used in the super high-rise building.Because of poor pumpability,the pumping construction of HPC is difficult.On the base of research of the rheological analysis of concrete and the engineering,the authors summarize that viscosity is a characteristic of calculating the pumpability of HPC,and invent an effective equipment of measuring it for the market.
