摘要
为研究机器振动对结构的影响,对某工业厂房振动筛平台振动进行了现场实测,得到了振动筛平台振动的频率和加速度。实测发现楼板振动频率中有与振动筛工作频率相近的成分,存在共振,振动加速度超过规范限值。根据测试结果,对楼板振动原因进行了分析,为厂房加固减振提供了依据。
To study the effect of machine vibration on structures,an on-site measurement is carried out for the oscillating screen platform vibration of some industrial building.Frequency and acceleration of the oscillating screen platform can be obtained.The measurements show that floor vibration frequency and the working frequency of vibration screen have similar component,so the resonance phenomenon is existent,the vibration acceleration exceeds the code limit.According to the test results,the floor vibration reasons should be analyzed,which can provide the basis for the reinforcement and damping of industrial building.
