核心筒内自翻牛腿平台在超高层中的应用

摘要 超高层施工中,核心筒架体若采用传统的悬挑架分段搭设,将大大增加钢管的用量,造成人工、材料成本的增加,以东海国际中心(公寓综合体)工程核心筒的架体为研究对象,结合工程实际情况,介绍了一种新型的核心筒内操作平台即自翻牛腿平台的做法以及相关的施工流程及相关的注意事项,该平台能跟随着结构的施工进度在塔吊的辅助下爬升,不仅节约了周转材料的用量,还大大地加快了该部分架体的周转速度,安全、可靠、经济、实用。 In the high-rise buildings construction,if the core tube use the traditional cantilever rack section,the amount of steel tube will greatly increase,the cost of manual work and materials are also increased.In this paper,taking the East China International Center(apartment complex) project core tube as the example,combining with the practical situation of engineering,a new type of core tube inside operation platform,namely since the practice of double bracket platform and related construction process and related matters needing attention is researched.The platform can follow the structure of the construction progress under the assist of tower crane to climb,it is not only save the amount of turnover material but also greatly accelerates the velocity of the frame body.It is really safe,reliable,economic and practical.
